What’s the founding-coach offer?
Early-access coaches, and coaches who request early access and start within 30 days of Kulia opening to everyone, while founding places last, get 60 days free with up to 10 clients, and no card until the trial ends. After that, your plan stays at the founding price for as long as you’re subscribed: £12 for Pro, £31 for Ultra 50, £55 for Ultra 100 or £119 for Max a month, and the founding price comes with you if you move up. A break of more than 30 days ends it, and it can’t be combined with partner codes.
Do my clients pay for the Kulia app?
No. While you coach them, every client gets the full Kulia app, AI logging included, as part of your plan. If they leave, they can keep using Kulia on their own subscription.
What can I see?
Whatever each client chooses to share: food, weight, steps, workouts, water, measurements and progress photos. They pick when they join and can change it any time.
What does Kulia’s AI do?
It reads check-ins against each client’s logs, drafts replies in your voice, answers questions about your roster, and can build a programme from four answers. It never sends anything to a client without you.
Is talking to Kulia extra?
Every plan includes voice minutes each month, from 15 on Pro to 180 on Max. Typing to Kulia is unlimited. Need more voice? Packs start at £6 for 25 minutes and never expire.
Can I move clients from another platform?
Yes. Send them your invite link and they’re in. Programmes are quick to rebuild from the exercise library, or let the wizard draft them.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly or yearly, change plan any time, and cancel whenever you like. Every plan starts with 30 days free.
Does it work for online and in-person coaching?
Both. Gyms and studios use it alongside their sessions; online coaches run their whole business from it.
